  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company
  • All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated

3.2 Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers

3.3 Payment Terms

  • Compliance with manufacturer guidelines

  • Maintaining necessary permits and licenses

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights remain with the Company
  • Use of trademarks requires written permission
  • Documentation may not be reproduced without consent
  • Custom designs remain Company property unless agreed otherwise

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties must maintain confidentiality of business information
  • Non-disclosure agreements may be required for specific projects
  • Information sharing limited to need-to-know basis
  • Confidentiality survives termination of business relationship

9. Dispute Resolution
